- If a reading appears unusual, adjust the wearing position and measure again after a short interval.
Note:The data is intended only as a reference for everyday wellness trends and must not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions.
- High brightness, extended screen-on time, frequent notifications, continuous monitoring, and extensive activity tracking all increase power consumption.
- Make sure the charging contacts are clean and dry, the device is positioned correctly, and the charging cable and power source are working.
- Avoid charging in excessively cold or hot conditions. After charging, monitor whether power consumption returns to normal.
- If the issue continues, record the usage settings and charging behavior for further troubleshooting.
Note:Battery life and charging performance depend on the battery, enabled features, usage frequency, and environment. Refer to the specific product and prototype test results.
Protection levels differ by model. Check the relevant product instructions and final configuration before use.
- If the device, strap, or charging contacts become wet, dry them promptly and wait until they are completely dry before charging.
- Avoid hot showers, saunas, steam, high-pressure water, and diving beyond the conditions stated in the product instructions.
- After contact with seawater, pool water, or cleaning products, clean and dry the device as instructed.
Note:This website does not make a single water-resistance claim for all models. Actual protection is subject to the confirmed product documentation.
- Check the charging contacts and power connection, charge the device for a while, and then try turning it on again.
- Follow the instructions for the specific model to restart it using the button or screen controls.
- If the device menu is accessible, synchronize the data before considering a factory reset.
